PHP/MYSQL DEVELOPER OPPORTUNITY

Our client in downtown NW Portland is in search of a PHP and MySQL developer to work on current and upcoming projects.

CONTRACT TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY (4-6 Months on Contract, with the Possibility to Hire)

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have a minimum 4 years experience with PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML and Javascript, with hands-on experience designing, optimizing and maintaining MySQL databases.
Must have knowledge of Linux server administration and configuration. Experience creating custom content management systems and eCommerce systems desired.
Knowledge of Actionscript and Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop and .NET platform also a plus.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will participate in the full development life cycle, from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, and support. Candidate should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines independently or in a team environment. Candidate must have excellent problem solving, communication and time management skills and be able to adapt quickly to changes in project requirements.
