PDXPHP is on the move

We will be moving our meeting location and time starting in August (July meeting is rolled into the OSCON festivities)

So starting August:

• Meeting place will be CubeSpace

• Meeting Time will be 6pm on Second Tuesday (moving from first Tuesday so we do not double book with the Ruby Brigade anymore)
